Last nite PP called and shared me a checklist of things to do before pregnancy..... she read the list for me through the phone, omg I guess I only have done about 50% of what are listed in the checklist. The first thing to do this morning when I switched on my pc, i googled "things to do before pregnancy" and i found this website and it's useful
