A break at Hard Rock Hotel, Penang

After such a long time without rest, finally we planned a break at Hard Rock Hotel. Although the official opening is on 19th September 2009, by going through a colleague's friend, I managed to get a room at Hard Rock Hotel at RM150++ only!

At 2.20pm, R & I tried to check in to the hotel room at the reception but it was so crowded, and the hotel staff look a bit kelam kabut, may be they are still new??? We were served with 2 glasses of welcome drink! And finally at 2.40pm we managed to get the room key for room no. 443. The door opened and we saw ...






Not much special right? A bit disappointed! Anyway, after putting down our luggages, we went for a walk, to the swimming pool... again not impressive. Lunch? We decided to go down town, and suddenly Anabelle crossed my mind, we should take this opportunity and have the high tea to pass time.
